These terms apply to your use of the Signature Auto Glass website and to any auto glass repair or replacement work we carry out for you. By using this website or booking work with us, you accept these terms.

Signature Auto Glass is a registered business name operated by Mehdi Tarverdi, ABN 95 833 080 165.

Quotes we provide are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the information you give us — including your description of the damage, any photos you send, and your vehicle's make, model and year.

If, on inspection, the damage turns out to be different from what was described, or additional parts or work are needed, we'll tell you before proceeding and give you a revised price. We won't carry out chargeable work you haven't agreed to.

We'll give you our honest assessment of whether glass can be repaired or needs replacing. Where a repair is a realistic option, we'll offer it. Where we consider a repair unlikely to hold — for example, damage in the driver's line of sight, near the edge of the glass, or a crack beyond a repairable size — we'll recommend replacement instead.

The final decision on which option to proceed with is yours.

We're a mobile service, so we come to the vehicle. For the work to be carried out properly and safely, we need:

After a windscreen or window replacement, the adhesive needs time to cure before the vehicle is driven. We'll tell you the safe drive-away time for your specific job when we complete the work.

You must follow that guidance. Driving before the adhesive has cured can compromise the safety and integrity of the fitting.

Please make sure the information you give us is accurate — particularly your vehicle's make, model and year — since this determines the correct glass and pricing. Remove any valuables from the vehicle before we arrive, and let us know about anything that might affect the work, such as aftermarket tinting or accessories.

Insurance claims are welcome, and we're happy to help you work through what your insurer requires. We're not an insurer or a claims assessor, and we can't guarantee that your policy will cover a particular repair or replacement — you'll need to confirm your own cover and any excess with your insurer.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the work we carry out is limited to remedying the work or the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page, with the date shown above.
